Joan Saloh Fornah plays a valuable role in the HR profession across Sierra Leone by bringing together key HR practitioners from different sectors and industries for professional growth and career advancement. She is the President of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Sierra Leone and currently the Director of HR and Admin at Kelk Logistics Ltd.

Joan holds a master’s in business administration from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) University of Sierra Leone. Her commitment to the profession, coupled with the numerous refresher training programs in human resource management, has won her a lot of recognitions, including the ACG Awards as – “Top 100 Most Outstanding Professionals” in 2019 and “Top 100 Rising Stars and Emerging Leaders in Sierra Leone”, by Sierra Ovation in 2020.
